Why it matters

The problems this solves

Memory is a bad audit trail

When a deadline slips or a ticket goes wrong, nobody can reconstruct the hour that mattered.

Status meetings cost hours

Asking people what they did is slow, interrupts focus and is rarely precise.

Most reviews clear someone

Evidence settles disputes quickly and usually shows the employee did the right thing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How often can screenshots be taken?

Anywhere from every 2 seconds to every 10 minutes. Unchanged screens are skipped to save storage, with a refresh at least once a minute.

Do employees know they are being captured?

Yes. The agent shows a notice that must be accepted before capture starts, and a tray indicator whenever capture is on.

What happens when a laptop is offline?

Screenshots are stored on the device (up to a size limit) and uploaded automatically once it is back online, with their original timestamps.

Where are images stored?

On your Worklens server's disk by default, or in an S3-compatible bucket you control.
